  I downloaded and tried to install Visio Professional and it gave errors "Something went wrong". I downloaded the file again and ran. We can't have Office products of the same version (like Office ) that use two different installation technologies installed on the same is the. Hello, When I try to install Visio ( or ), I get a " ()" error. I downloaded the installation package and have been working online all.

Office 15 Click-to-Run Extensibility Component. Please uninstall all bit Office programs, then retry installing bit Office. If you want to install bit Office instead, please run the bit setup. I have researched the net and found out that the Office item stated above is part of office and must not be deleted as office will not work with out it.. I have deleted all other versions of any office software and this is the last one remaining and i need this for office to work Have you try the methods?
